How to Log in to my account?

  • Log in to Cudasteam
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click on a Log in button
  • After successful log in you'll be redirected to an account page

How to Log out?

  • Click on your username at top of the page
  • From a drop down menu select Log out
  • You succesfully logged out

How create an account?

  • Go to a Create an account page.
  • Enter your email address and create a password
  • Click on Captcha and solve it
  • Click on a Create account button
  • After successful account creation you'll have to verify your email address

How to verify an account?

  • Log in to your email account (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail)
  • Check for verification email in inbox or spam folder if you haven't found the email in inbox folder.
  • Click on a Verify email button
  • You will see a message The Account has been verified!
  • Now you can Log in to your account

How to reset my password?

  • Go to a Password Reset page.
  • Enter your email address
  • Click on Captcha and solve it
  • Click on a Reset button
  • Don't close Password Reset page
  • Log in to your email account (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail)
  • Check for password reset email in inbox or spam folder if you haven't found the email in inbox folder.
  • Copy Verification Code from the email and paste to verification code field
  • Click on a Verify button
  • Enter a new password and re-enter the new password
  • Click on a Update button

Haven't received a password reset email?

  • While you are in a Password Reset page.
  • Click on a Send new verification code link

How to change my username?

  • Log in to Cudasteam
  • Click on your username at top of the page
  • From a drop down menu select Account
  • Click on on the right side of the Username bar to expand
  • Enter your new username
  • Click on a Change Username button

How to change my email?

  • Log in to Cudasteam
  • Click on your username at top of the page
  • From a drop down menu select Account
  • Click on on the right side of the Email bar to expand
  • Enter your new email address
  • Click on a Change Email button
  • Log in to your email account (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail)
  • Check for email change request email in inbox or spam folder if you haven't found the email in inbox folder.
  • Copy 6-digit Verification Code from the email and paste to field
  • Click on Captcha and solve it
  • Click on a Change Email button

How to change my password?

  • Log in to Cudasteam
  • Click on your username at top of the page
  • From a drop down menu select Account
  • Click on on the right side of the Password bar to expand
  • Enter your current passwords
  • Enter your new passwords
  • Confirm your new passwords
  • Click on a Change Password button

How to unsubscribe from newsletters?

  • Log in to Cudasteam
  • Click on your username at top of the page
  • From a drop down menu select Account
  • Click on Show more on the bottom
  • Click on on the right side of the newsletter bar to expand
  • Uncheck a Receive newsletters checkbox
  • Click on a Update button
