Its total horsepower of 6 TFLops and medium 150 watts power consumption.Radeon RX 480 has poor performance on Assassin's Creed Unity and is not able to run at 60 fps on 1080p, 1440p nor 4k resolutions. It runs Resident Evil 2 at 60 fps on 1080p and 1440p resolutions, but hasn't power to handle 4K resolution at 60 fps.
